Borderline Bar & Billiards is the business filling the 4,000 sq. ft. space at 4120 Raleigh Street in The Pass. This area is easily accessible via the Sugar Creek Light Rail Station and is in the back of the development. The bar provides a laid-back, “straightforward” venue focused on good times and friendly competition for its patrons. Borderline Bar & Billiards is a casual, neighborhood pool hall located in The Pass development on Raleigh Street in Charlotte’s NoDa neighborhood. It features five regulation-size pool tables, three dart boards, and a curated selection of cocktails, beer, and wine. Pool is free to play, and customers are welcome to bring in or order their own food. In addition to the indoor games, the bar offers a pet-friendly atmosphere and a large 1,800-square-foot patio with cornhole, a fire pit, and picnic tables.
